So I have just set up an new Dahua Camera, I have 5 now and the install was painless. I can view it in BI, I can view it in the web server and when I open the BI app on my phone, I can view it "but only as part of the group feed showing all 5 cameras".
In the BI App cameras list, it even shows an image in the preview image in the scrolling down area which helps you choose which camera you want to view.
But using the BI App, when I try to view just the new camera alone, I just get a blank screen, which has a small red icon in the top right hand corner.
A similar thing is happening with all camera alerts/clips in the BI App, I cannot view past events on the app on any camera, I just get the same black screen but the timer is running in top center of black screen.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
