Camera is triggering alarm; can't figure out why and need help reading logs

I've been dealing with this for a while. The alarm will randomly kick on during the day. I don't have any triggers set during daylight hours.

I have several cameras connected to a Dahua NVR. I checked the log on the NVR and it shows this:
I am not sure I am reading this correctly. Does this log from the NVR show the alarm input on the camera connected to Channel 3 is being triggered? I don't have any other cameras generating any logs during this time.

This is the log from the camera on Channel 3. But I think this is saying a local alarm is being triggered. Can anyone help me decipher these logs?

Not other logs from this timeframe are being generated on the NVR. This event lasted approx 20 sec

I do have alarm wires connected on this camera. I can take the camera down and look to see if any are touching. Might be hard to see though.

Looks like its doing what its supposed to. What triggers the external alarm normally?
