I am new to this, so excuse my lack of knowledge.
I am wondering if any of you have experience with the Chinese Reginal product. The product does have ONVIF. Model DS-2CD3356FWD-IS
When I was asking the customer service, they said that it does not support Blue Iris.

It's likely a re-branded Hikvision product and also it's likely it can provide a RTSP stream to Blue Iris.

Just be aware that with many of the the white box, non-International versions sold online there may not be a path to firmware upgrades.
