Cam Documentation States H.265 But Not In Settings

I have (2) Lorex LNB4321B cams.

I can not find anywhere in the settings of either cam, how to use/assign the H.265 encoding compression.

All documentation for these cams, state that the cams have both H.264, and H.265 encoding compression available yet in the settings, only H.264 and MJPEG are available.

Any help? Thank you.
