I have a cam that I cloned and they are both the same config. When I look at status>cameras the cloned cam(ENI cloned) displays a bitrate fine. The same cam (ENI) show "-" as the bitrate.

No. This is intentional. Blue iris does not pull a second stream for the cloned camera..It pulls a single stream and therefore one will display as 0.00 or - (depending on where you look)
