Why are you updating?

Once you find a stable version, stay on it until BI adds something you want or need.

Many here run older versions and only update when something is added we would like.

Rollback to a previous stable version.

i was updating via the Blue Iris program update feature, it said stopping services

Sometimes it doesnt quite do it right, try disabling on your own or rebooting then trying again.
