BV-Tech 8 port Switch

Hi,

Long time lurker, first time poster.
I'm looking at setting up a cctv system around my house using 5 cameras (haven't decided on make or model yet but it will probably be hikvision).
The POE switch I am looking at getting is: a BV-Tech 8 port POE unmanaged switch.

Can anymore give me a reason as to why I shouldn't get this or why it wouldn't be suitable?
I'm not going to connect the system to the internet at the moment and I will have access to it in my house so I don't need a managed switch.
Its going to be connected to a dedicated computer with BI installed on it.

note if you get the 8 port unit
1) you will need to hookup direct to pc and change the ip...it comes static at 192.168.1.1
2) you will need to change poe mode from classification to consumption or it wont power more than 4 cams...
