Bricked hikvision DS7216 hqhi f2/n

Hi, I have a ds7216 hqhi f2/n DVR which I updated with the wrong firmware, The unit took the new firmware until the dvr restarted.
It is now in a boot loop, constantly restarting, I have connected USB TTL which I can stop the boot process. It then asks for ip of device 192.0.0.64, ip of server 192.0.0.128 press y to upgrade.
But the firmware which is in the same folder as TFTP64 does load.
I have tried pinging 192.0.0.64 which I do get a reply of about 9 pings, but as soon as I stop the boot process it drops the pings.
Also I am pretty sure I have the original build firmware.
Can anyone help.

Hi trempa92, Thanks for the reply, i followed your instructions, but i get the same message, i have attached screenshots, i also downloaded the firmware via your link.

I tried it on another laptop, and followed the same procedure as you explain, And it worked 1st time, so now have a working DVR.

I also have another unit
DS-7608N-E2/8P
chinese model, which has also bricked as english or ML was updated to it. is this something you can help with? or do i have to open another forum?

7204. Cannot acces via Putty.
Have cable USB, driver, but putty nothing when start dvr!
mabe wire wrong setup?
What is pin1, from wich side need to look?
