Both Dahua IPC-HFW1230S[..] deny ftp contact router NAS: Right verification failure

Hi,
both Dahua PC-HFW1230S1-S5 and IPC-HFW1230S-0280B-S5 deny ftp to german FritzBox Router 7390: always "Right verification failure".
FTP to my internet provider managed server works immediately. From my linux laptop I can make ftp to FritzBox , works.
FritzBox routers log tells: ftpuser2 logged in!! But Dahuas message "Right verifi.." is no hoax, no pics and no videos are sent to FritzBox NAS.
And "ftpuser2" has any rights on NAS. I tested it by ftp from my linux machine: I can create directories, sent files, delete files, ....
It seem to be that Dahua and FritzBox dislike each other ...

But ftp is old and standardised, right? How can there be a "dislike"?

A was told that Dahua ipcams only work in old fashion "ftp active mode", NOT in modern "passiv" , "pasv mode". So there is a incomaptibility to many ftp-Server that said good bye to old fashion active mode like fritzbox routers. Who can confirm that?
Why does dahua not offer a option in cam settings, to use active or passiv mode?
