Ok I got an Amcrest 841 PTZ hanging upside down in "Ye Olde Boiler room"

I'm getting email alerts, but gauges are hard to see unless I zoom in on them.
it's usually pitch black in there. So the infrared mode is "seeing" all the heat waves and so its not perfect but I can tell I'm ok on pressure and temp.

Great, looks good and does what you want.
And a piece of black electrical tape at the high & low limit(s) would show up really well. :cool:

I don't recall as to your profession are you responsible for building complex??

yes sir.

So not to get personal so if you can't answer that's fine. As I'm more curious than anything so my next question is are you the decision maker as it relates to the security video system??

To a point. the small stuff they don't wanna be bothered with. Big purchases would need Board approval.

So in this instance you didn't need to ask the boss or the board to install this new camera?

State of Minnesota requires daily physical boiler checks logged. unless you have a remote feed then you skip for weekends, etc,
Now I am in compliance, when I stay home on the weekends.
:facepalm::lmao:

my Hi limit has been changed to a physical reset device. Once the boiler reaches 200- 205, it pops the operator circuit, so no call can be made for more heat.
and a "Low Water" cut out, that does the same things stop the burner.
