I've got a high resolution camera with BNC video connectors which I'd like to feed my IP RJ45 recorder. I've found plenty of BNC to HDMI but nothing to RJ45, perhaps that's telling me something??

Thanks in advance :)

It will be cheaper to buy an analog DVR and pull the stream from it than it will be a convertor LOL

+1^^^^.
The BNC connector says the camera is analog, with a composite video output.
IP cameras output a digital video stream via Ethernet.
You would need an encoder to convert the camera's analog output to a digital stream and they are very expensive.
As stated above, it would be cheaper to buy a new analog DVR with a LAN port where in most cases a digital stream is accessible.
