Blur on this cam

Hi all

I have this analog dahua cam for over a year now but the last 1 month it has this blur on the top of the image. I though at first it was dirty but i clean the camera and still have this blur. Any idieas. Please see the image nelow

Looks like the cam has some moisture on the inside on the lens glass.

Looks like the cam has some moisture on the inside on the lens glass.

Depending on the camera, You may want to open it up and drop a little silicon bag inside it. Make sure all your seals are tight.
