BlueIris 5 Reinstall Problem

Had to reinstall due to Win 10 issues and I just get this error after trying different downloads. I was able to install V.4 no problem, but I miss V.5

Any ideas? Tried Support, but he is probably busy with the frequency of the updates that come out.
 
that does look like you have a support issue with the license

What was the version of BI when your support expired?
What version of BI are you attempting to install now?

My support wasn't expired. I had to reinstall due to reinstalling windows. Support directed me to a new file and the new installation cured the problem.

I had to do the same thing when I had an issues with windows 10 update and had to reinstall it, glad to hear you got it worked out
