Greetings Folks !
New to blue Iris as my very first install a few months back !!
Strange issue here :
Prior to 4/20.2021 all recordings are in the raid 5 win 10 Pro server D drive (1 tb) and sent over to a blue iris folder on an external e drive with 10 Tb
On 4/21 thru 5/11 2021 recordings are gone / missing/ deleted ?
But on 5/11/2021 thru today recordings are back working as designed
No changes on the pc , blue iris or drives
Checked disc space and has been plpenty all along !
Version 5.4.3.9 X64
Installed approx 3 months ago
Updated once since the installation back in early April and checked at that time with no issues
Since the install approx 90 days ago everything has been working as designed and no issues with recordings clips etc.
My Customer called me today stating He could not find recordings between 4/20 and 5/11
Checked all areas form the Main D drive tot he external and every folder , did a search on *.bvr and found a ton of recordings but not between 4/21 and 5/11
Went in and checked the server and no issues , changes , modifications etc.
Checked the log on the web manager and logs before 4/21 are gone
Web logs show cameras detecting motion etc. during this period
Very strange how we lost 4/20 thru 5/11 but now they are working fine and recording again as they should !
Checked all drives and they have not been changed modified or any other work that would direct the files somewhere else as far as I cna see .
Windows logs show no one logged into the blue iris server either .
Anyone ever see this or have any ideas as to what could have occured ?
Any idea as to a log on Blue Iris showing any sort of deleting of the files besides the web manager log ?
