Blue Iris webserver not working (can log in but can't see cameras)

Hi

I just switched on the BI web server and tried to connect from the local host and another machine with the same results. Basically, I can log in, but I can't see any cameras, or any other info (see screenshot). I've installed the ActiveX control, tried multiple browsers, tried swtiching to the JAVA/JPEG view and back again, all with the same result.

The main reason I want to use the web server is to use the Blue Iris Android app. I've bought that, installed it and I can log into my server. I can then see my three cameras listed, together with stats on Clips, FPS etc. However, the thumbnail is the multicoloured screen when you don't have a feed. When I click on any of them, I just get the "Loading..." text and loading circle animation.

I've tried this on both LAN and internet but always the same result.

ANY help would be much appreciated as I've paid for the app...
