Blue Iris Started Making Multiple Clips Even Though It Set to Create 1 every One hour

I don't know what happened but blue iris started making a lot of clips and is skipping recordings. I just upgraded to 5.6.5.9 so it is rescanning the DB but I cannot figure out what is going on.

There are locked files and errors for some reason as well.

If this issue just began after that update, did you try rolling back at least one version BEFORE your update?
 
Are you sure the raw direct files are actually not 1 hour long. The system is showing clips/alerts that are short, but the original files might still be in the expected 1 hour format.
