Blue Iris on a surver

has anyone run BI on a server?
have been contemplating running Blue Iris on a SERVER with 2x XEON EIGHT CORE E5-2689 2.6GHz 64GB or 96GB RAM VGA port only, as a stand alone for BI(not sure if i can get Win 10 to run on the server, if not will use Win server 16) ,
what are your thoughts on this

I only have six camera’s running on a dell R620 with windows server 2012 without issue. I think the biggest issue would be fan noise.

Not yet, but I have an EPYC server on order to give it a shot for shitz and giggles.
