Blue Iris notification of no detection when blue iris is running

I keep getting notifications that blue iris is not running, however It is running. Not sure why I am getting this error. I have tried restarting windows to see if it helps but no luck.

That's odd. Can I remote into your computer and see why? If so, please download ultraviewer from ultraviewer.net and PM me the ID and PW.
 
@Mike Sure, I'll PM when its giving me a fit again. Only thing I can think of is if blue iris tools is opened twice.

Will teamviewer work?
