Blue Iris not recording ?

I just renewed my yearly subscription to BlueIris and downloaded the most recent version. Now I donot see any of my alerts being recorded in the database. I use to see a checkmark for each day there was a clip on the calendar to view but now the checkmarks are no longer showing. 'any suggestions on what could have happened?

It is a known bug and we get threads everyday starting just like yours LOL.

The solution is to repair/regen database and turn off auto-updates and do not update until it provides a feature you want.

Most of us are running older versions as every update is a beta version until the bugs are worked out and then a prior release will be called a stable release. No need to stay up to date unless it is adding something you want or you are ok with the bugs...

Almost every recent update since 5.6.x.x. has had issues, so just be prepared for issues if you prefer to stay up to date! And then search here for those that are running the version before you to see what the bugs and fixes are...
