blue iris mobile display

Greetings
I am wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I am using the blue iris mobile app on my android phone. I notice that periodically when I'm viewing any camera the display will get fuzzy and pixelated for a few sec then will look clear again. Any suggestions?

In Blue Iris, there is a refresh rate setting. When you are viewing your cams on the mobile app, it refreshes the view at a designated time.
