Currently my Blue Iris server is on the 192.168.1.x VLAN with the cameras.
I would like to move the Blue Iris server to the 192.168.0.x LAN and leave the cameras on the 192.168.1.x VLAN.
With the DD-WRT router is it possible to bridge the cameras to only be accessible by the Blue Iris server from the LAN?

+1^^.
If you can meet these conditions, follow this and set up accordingly, then great ==>> VLAN Support - DD-WRT Wiki
Otherwise, installing a second NIC in the BI server as mentioned by @Old Timer will definitely keep your cams off the 'Net.
