Thanks fenderman. This will be a dedicated remotely controlled machine. I'm in Canada, and here the deals are not as good as in US. So, you suggest that an i5 will suffice. I'll look around and see what I can find in my budget (approx CAD$600).

Note that the HP usdt (ultra slims) only have room for a single 2.5 drive..the SFF can hold 1 2.5 and standard 3.5
Ask for the serial to check warranty status.
