blue Iris crashing

Hello all - BI is crashing immediately when the program opens. Curious if anyone has seen this before and may know how to resolve. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

You'd better contact Blue Iris support about this. It is unlikely anyone here will be able to help. Contact - Blue Iris

If you can, try an older Blue Iris version. If it works in an old version but not in a new version, that indicates a problem with the update.

Another option is get into the registry and disable all your cameras manually. Off the top of my head I think you'll find Blue Iris's registry settings under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Perspective Software. Then assuming Blue Iris will start with all the cameras disabled, re-enable them one at a time until it crashes and note which camera it was, and post its settings here so we can offer suggestions about what to change. Most likely culprit would be hardware accelerated decoding I bet.
