blue iris crash

Hello everyone
I need some help my blue iris software keep crashing.
The software was working find until yesterday after I download codeproject AI and deleted it.
Now blue iris works for 30 minutes then shutdown

OS logs? OS event/system logs? BI logs? Running as a service? Stand alone? OS updates disabled? BI updates disabled? Is the PC dedicated? If not, what else is running? CPU utilization? Memory utilization? Does the PC shutdown or just BI? GPU or CPU AI? Did the video card update? Virus protection update? Virus protection logs? When I allow my virus software to update, it always re-lists the BI exe as scannable which has triggered unpredictable behavior for me. These are some of the items that would help to better understand what might be happening.
