I have been slowly setting up a security system from mostly reading this forum.
So far I have one cam from Andy for location testing and Blue Iris.
Everything is setup and running just great. Except I am port forwarding Blue Iris at the moment.
Still trying to figure out what I need to do for a VPN.
Currently I have ExpressVPN to mask my out going activities.
From what I am reading I need to install something like OpenVPN to connect to my internal network instead of RDP or PF.
Since my Router does not support VPN I am seeing 3? options.
1) install one of my Express VPN clients on my Blue Iris server? Would this even work for inbound traffic?
2) install OpenVPN on my Blue Iris standalone Win10 PC
3) Or install OpenVPN on a raspberry Pi I have lazying around
Thanks for any advice.
