Blue Iris 3 - Keeps crashing at launch

Hi everyone,
I have BI3 running on Win2k8 R2 as a service. When I try to launch gui mode, BI opens for a few seconds then closes. Do anyone have any clues to what I should do to fix this?

Welcome to the forum..what exact version of blue iris3 are you running? Did this just start happening or is this a new install?

thanks, I have had this running for a while now. I believe the version of BI is the latest before BI4. I can't get into the software to get the actual version, sorry.
I am attaching an error I receive once in a while, not all the time.

Make sure your drive is not full and the the recycle bin is empty. Can you check event viewer for errors?
You may want to re-install for BI3 the links below should work.

Drive is fine, plenty of room , but good idea to check. Reviewing your other suggestions.

Side note,
Is there away to move the recoded files from BI3, to BI4. I have another server running fine with BI4, and I need to get the video captures

you should just be able to copy the files and play them using blue iris on your other installation.

I solved the problem by stopping the service, and config BI startup not to start as a service. I was able to get in then. I will put back to a service and try again later. thanks for the help
