I added Loryta IPC-T3241T-ZAS camera to BI V5. I am seeing these 4 black rectangular boxes in the screenshot. I am trying to solve this but I'm not sure where to look. I recycled the power on the PC, switch, camera and nothing changed. Do you guys have any idea what is causing this to happen?
You need to log into the camera GUI directly using the IP address of the camera. I'd suggest using Internet Explorer for this. Once logged in, click on "settings" then click on "video detection". In there click the area configuration and click "clear". What you are seeing are privacy masks that are there by default.
YES!!! Oh great one. I have the 2800.150G001.0.R Build Date 2020-11-24 Firmware, so my path was slightly different. Using IE as you j
suggested I clicked on "setting" then clicked on "privacy masking" then clicked on "disable" then clicked on "save".
And walla! They all went away.
