Black blank screen on view - DS-7616NI-K2

Hello. There is no live view on my DS-7616NI-K2 NVR since this morning. No live view on NVR's web interface also. There is live view on the camera's web interface. And the records on NVR doesn't play since I'm getting this black blank screen view. Time counter moves but there is no video. I updated the firmware, after the restart I get some video feed for a few minutes. But it's gone away again.

And when I restart the camera NVR says "No link", after the restart the error dissappears. So it's got the connection I think.

If you are directly connecting to the camera and the video Is black but you see the menus and so on. Then you need to redownload web components for IE.

The monitor connected to the NVR via D-sub cable. The recordings are not playable also. Even when I download it.

Edit: It works fine when I downgrade it from H265+ to H265. But it used to work fine with H265+ until yesterday.
