BI works one day, Not the next

We had our Blue Iris license reset the other day due to many computer issues, weve used BI for 8-10 months now. We set it up exact same way as before, everything worked fine, even took trip downtown to make sure IPhones got cameras, all was good. The next day we turned it on and once on the road found out we could not access cameras. We had no power outages, the IPs on phones same as computer server, no logical reason why we got one day and not the next....Any Ideas?
 
Neither IP address has changed, internal or external. We switched from Fairpoint to cable internet a week previous but it worked fine during that week, only since we had license reset, but then again it worked after that.

Everything works fine in our house, IPhones and all, once we get out of wireless range is when it craps out

A previous laptop we had installed it on still has BI and i went thru every screen to mirror the settings also.

Does the laptop's BI work if you forward the port to it in your router? Chances are you are simply mistaken about some aspect of how you configured your port forwarding or IP addresses and you need to double check everything ... BI configuration, the IP address of the BI machine, the firewall settings of the BI machine, the router settings, and the address entered on the iphones.
 
Be sure and reboot your router after making any changes, and then you can test your opened port at canyouseeme.org.
