BI UI3 Clarification Server Status

I logged into UI3 and the server status has the 3 icons that are green, yellow and red. It was green when I logged in and clicked on the middle icon and now it won't go back to green and only red and yellow are choices. What happened and what does this mean and how can I get green to allow me to select it again?

From UI3 I haven't been able to go to green immediately. You need to go to yellow and wait the delay time (whatever you have it set for).
