BI software not updating to newest version?

All-

I am currently running BI 3.60 (I believe) and last night I attempted to go to Settings / About / Software Update and look for newest software to download but received error message: "Unable to connect to internet" or something like that. But the kicker is I can bring up a browser and am connected to the internet just fine....I restarted the pc but nothing works...what gives?

ran into the same error, lately have been updating manually until its fixed. another user pointed me to the update page.

Thanks for the link and I have seen that support page before on the actual BI website. My only question would be when you select to download what do you have to enter or whatever for the system to know that you have already paid for the license and can upgrade to the newest version?

its just a download link, there are no prompts. you run the update installer and it will update your licensed copy.
