I am running the BI exe program with no problems on a Win7 machine, but I want to run it as a service so it starts automatically on startup, in the background. I currently store the recorded files directly to a WDcloud NAS. In the instructions for setting up a service, there is a statement that reads: "Remember to provide write access to your storage devices for your service account."
I have no idea how or where to do this. Is it something to set in the service account? The only options in the drive are to setup a user account with email and pw.
(Running as a service works, but I get an error when the camera tries to write to the drive).
