BI Re-install

I will shortly be re-installing Win 10 Pro and all application software on my desktop (Dell Optiplex 3020) due to a mix-up whereby my employer pushed company Group Policy to the PC disabling some features (e.g., USB access) and somehow disabling BI. I have a legitimate BI license that I registered after I installed it. Is there a process whereby I can re-install BI without purchasing a new license?
 
You need to deactivate the license first.

can you get the BI user interface to start. If so go to the Blue Iris Status, ABOUT tab and deactivate the license. Then reinstall it on the new windows with the old KEY
