BI Pseudo DDNS? Tutorial? please tell me where

In my travels around this site I recall a couple days ago, or more, seeing an option or feature of BI to implement DDNS via a service provided by BI. Is there a thread or tutorial that can explain this and tell me how to use it?

There is an ipcamtalk DDNS. See tools in the blue bar at top of page. Not sure about bi, I run bi 4.0 so I am not up to speed on new features.

I also run BI4....

So, if I'm running a service of BI on a standalone pc, then the hostname would be the name used for the pc? In other words, my pc name in WIN 10 is 'cams'. Is that the hostname?
