on 5.15 i paid for the updated lic for BI. BI/Perspective webpage tried to update my BI lic but couldn't. i assume either b/c that server is on VPN or settings in the browser used.
BlueIris/Perspective returns a thank you page for my purchase with a web link to localhost:9999? [...] that is supposed to automatically activate my purchase. didn't work.
that page also mentions if that didn't work properly that one can manually paste the copied link into the box waiting in Blue Iris. the only box waiting was the [About] dialog box that was there from the start of purchasing the update.
i have sent two emails to BI support requesting help as to how to get my BI ver to acknowledge the updated lic. have not heard back from them.
with that written, [seems] ipcamtalk is the place to go for BI help anyways, what's the guru's here say is the way to get my ver of BI to acknowledge my purchased update?
