BI for Android and PTZ control ?

Hi,
i've a Heden cam with PTZ and no problem to use PTZ on BI for pc.
The problem is on the Android application, i can't move the camera !
The PTZ buttons are grayed...
what must i do in configuration ?

make sure the user has ptz/admin privileges..
