BI: event request 000001f4

In the status log file i am getting thousands of "events: request 000001f4" from one of my hikvision DS-2CD2442FWD-IW. This may be caused by the camera sending motion events to BI. There is zero motion at the camera. In BI for the camera on the on the trigger tab the "cameras digital input or motion" is not checked.

I would like to stop this message from occurring in BI

I powered down the camera and restarted it. I Then redid the find/inspect on BI network ip camera configuration screen. This appears to have reset pullpointsubscription.

Mike are you using motion detection or line cross in your cameras.

yes I am and I have not changed the settings on that camera in over year
 
I did not change the setting, but BI changed. If you look in the log file you will see ONVIF. Also on the BI network ip camera configuration screen there is a new check box for get ONVIF trigger events.
Another thing I imported the camera setting from BI 4. this may have added to the problem.
