BI digital trails on initial motion detection

I am having a strange problem of digital trails on initial motion detection and was curious if anyone else has experienced this.

the system is a dell 8700
i5 2300
16gb ram
4GB seagate video surveillance drive

any suggestions on eliminating these trails?
