I'm using Hikvision 8mp camera, have 12 of installed on a hardwired POE system. All cameras have 10 fps set via Hikvision CMS client software. On BI all but one camera shows around 10 fps except one, which shows on 2.5fps.

Have changed setting and reset both POE router and BI, still showing incorrect fps for this camera.

Any idea why?
 
Browse directly to the camera's web interface and check the fps restrictions there. Also make sure when you add it to BI make sure it's discovering it with ONVIF. It should be able to pull the correct fps from the camera.
 
On Hikvision CMS client software, the frame rate is set at 10fps. Yes, the camera was discovered during installation.
