BI Camera View stuck in 4x3 and not 16x9

My camera's resolution is 2048*15636 (DS-2CD2432F-IW) and when I view it in the Hikvsion web page interface in full screen mode it will use the full screen (monitor resolution 1920x1080).
In BI the same camera in full screen is more of a 4x3 view. Is there a way to have BI to auto-scale a video feed to use all of monitors screen?
I know that 2048*15636 is not 16x9 and having the camera set to 1080p will adjust BI camera view to 16x9. Just wondering if BI can auto stretch.

Blue iris is scaling it correctly. Blue iris can adjust the scaling using the anamorphic setting. camera properties>video...select it then manually enter the size in the size box.

Keep in mind that if running the camera in 2mp mode will give you a wider horizontal view and you will not lose any perceptible clarity in the image.
