I'm using BI since several years and very satisfied about the solution.
Unfortunately since a couple of months the BI mobile solution on Android doesn't show cam/alerts live videos.
I have all the cams/alerts in the overview page but each time i want to view the app is indicating 'LOADING' without any further reaction.
Phone is LG-G4 Stylus with android 6.0 (latest update), BI desktop version is latest (updated automatically), my wife is also using a BI android version on Samsung and this is running well so i think the problem it is related on the phone side.
I tried to delete cache and reinstall the APP from scratch several times as indicated in some threats --> No result
Should it be linked to the update of my LG-G4 Stylus to Android 6.0 --> Error seems approximativelly occuring since this period
