I have four cameras three of which play fine with BI. The fourth camera is a GW-2071IP that identifies as a T38F006-ONVIF-P2P in ONVIF Device manager. Undoubtedly some sort of Chinese white box product. BI identifies the camera Make as Generic and the Model as RTSP H.264/MJPG/MPEG4. BI assigns Media port to 554 and discovery to 80. Good picture and so far so good. My problem is that when you call up PTZ control in BI (no PTZ on this camera) the IR on/off does not function. Using ONVIF device manager or the manufacturer's web interface IR on/off works OK, so not a camera problem.
How should the BI PTZ/Control tab be setup? nothing seems to work.
