BI 4 - user added to the web portal with Chinese looking characters for the name

I deleted the user and have disabled the web UI for my Blue Iris. I am assuming someone found and leveraged a vulnerability in the BI 4.x web UI and used it to create the account because I know I didn't and it wasn't there a week or two ago. Anyone else had this problem? I am going to review logs and see if I can learn more about it.

@pdxcam, welcome to the forum. I doubt this is the case because an account must be created via the pc server..it cannot be done in the web interface...regardless, you should email support and let him know..

Okay I'll do that.

Well perhaps something got corrupted in the config then and the Chinese characters is how it was displayed by the WebUI.

There was also an account in there named "%s" I don't recall creating that one either.
