Best ptz cam in the $300 price range

I am looking for reliability, and fine tunability for motion detection. I have a Foscam 9928 now and it is ok, but it always sends false alerts on birds and insects, then misses cars pulling up to the house. I have sensitivity at the lowest. It seems less reliable since the last firmware update this week.
I am loking to maybe replace it. I would like a solid app, cloud recording, optical zoom and decent distance night vision IR.

Also I want 2 way audio (external soeakers and mic) i have not been able to get this feature working on my exisiting cam either
