Best Operating system for BI

My i5 running Windows Server looks like it has given up the ghost.

Building a new i5 server:
Intel i5 8400 CPU 6- Core
ASUS B360M Motherboard
16G DDR4 2400Mhz Ram
650W power

and wondering if I should use Windows 10 or Server (got a site licence so both no additional cost)

Suggestions?

I found Server was a little less heavy with the useless add-ons out of the box. Didn't love that task manager didn't show GPU utilization in task manager as I was tuning BI/QuickSync.
