Best IR wavelength for cctv cameras?

I currently have 2 IP8M-2496E-28MM Amcrest cameras installed and intend to run a couple of Cat 6 cables into the woods to a clearing about 150' away from the house. I will also pull a pair of 14ga wires for 12 volts to power IR lighting. I want to record the various wildlife that meanders thru at night - mostly deer and foxes but we have turkeys, coyotes and the occasional bear.

I want to get the best illuminators I can but see a couple of different wavelengths advertised. I couldn't find a spec on the manufacture's site
Which wavelength is the camera most sensitive to?

Cams are more sensitive to 850nm IR. The 940 may be more convert but the critters won't care if they see some of the 850's glow.

Thank you - I just don't know why mfgrs don't put that right out there.
