Hi,
I have a DS-2DF7284-A IP cam set up in a remote location. I can access the cam via LIVE View and watch it on there but I cannot seem to get IVMS-4200 to access it over the internet. I am sure that it has something to do with ports. There is also a NVR on the same network at the location. The PVR is set to port 8013 and the NVR to port 8000. The RTSP port on both the PVR is 554. Could this be the problem? Can any body enlighten me!
I have attached a jpeg of the port forwarding on the router side.
