Need some advice.
I have a Hikvision DS-7732NI-I4 / 24P.
Unfortunately/Fortunately while browsing through the settings etc. I came across this section and realised that 1 of the HDDs is coming up with "All-evaluation: Bad sectors".
The HDD is a Seagate 10TB SkyHawk AI 3.5in SATA 7200RPM Surveillance Hard Drive (ST10000VE001).
I've tried to run the Self-test in Short Test and Expanded Test which both failed. Even run the Bad Sector Detection which also failed.
The HDD is only a bit over a year old, what should I do? Can I fix it?
It comes with a 5 Year Warranty, so I think it should go back to them but I've never gone down this path before.
