I live in the U.S. Would there be a difference between B&H Photo or Aliexpress if I purchased a Dahua cam from either? I would imagine that B&H Photo carries the US version and also a bit more expensive? I'm leaning more towards B&H Photo as I have never ordered from Aliexpress. For you U.S guys, where do you purchase your Dahua cams from?

I am newbie and am putting my first system together. I am building my system one piece of equipment at a time as I can afford it. I have taken the advice of many people on this forum. My first piece of equipment I ordered is an PoE NVR. I ordered the Dahua NVR5424-24P-4KS2 From Aliexpress, EmpireTecAndy ( Andy ). It is schedule to be deliver tomorrow 3/14. Andy is great to deal with, he responded to all my emails with in 24 hrs, gives IPcamtalk forum member discount. Veteran members of this forum have purchased equipment from him and have had nothing but great things to say about him.
I noticed that the signal system is PAL. Would this make a difference if I am in the U.S.?

PAL or NTSC makes no difference in the digital world.
Andy is the way to go. B&H photo is fine for Dahua incidentals, but the cams are 2x the cost.
