Axis P-3215V Substream to ICRealtime

Greetings,

I have existing ICRealtime NVRs to which I am adding Axis P-3215V cameras.

The NVR connects to the cameras via ONVIF. After creating am ONVIF user in the camera, I able to see a main stream for the NVR to record. However, the ICRealtime mobile apps look to a substream with reduced resolution for live viewing. This is where I am having trouble. Would that second stream be another ONVIF profile, another user, etc?

Can you use the ICRealtime mobile apps on the same LAN as the camera. If yes, it is more likely a port forwarding issue.
